You are welcome to read, share and link to anything published here. Please do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reproduce substantial portions of our content as your own.

Content accuracy

Case studies, articles and capability descriptions are published in good faith and reflect our work at the time of writing. They are not a warranty of outcomes for any other project — every engagement is scoped individually.

Intellectual property

The Skyforix name, logo, site design and written content are our property. Work produced for a client under a signed engagement transfers to that client on completion and final payment, as set out in the project agreement.

Enquiries and proposals

Information you send through the contact form is not a contract. A project begins only when both parties agree a written scope. Estimates given before that scope exists are indicative.

Third-party links

Where we link to external sites, we do so because they were useful at the time. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Skyforix is not liable for losses arising from the use of information published here. Liability within a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.
