Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026.

This policy explains what information Skyforix collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short, because we collect deliberately little.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details — the name, email address, phone number and message you submit through our contact form.
  • Newsletter email — only if you choose to subscribe.
  • Basic analytics — the page visited, referring page, approximate time and browser type, used to understand which content is useful.

What we do with it

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. Analytics are aggregated and never used to build a profile of an individual visitor.

What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
  • We do not share your enquiry with third parties except where legally required.
  • We do not send marketing email to people who only submitted a project enquiry.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie to keep forms secure against cross-site request forgery. If analytics are enabled, the analytics provider may set its own cookies; you can block these in your browser without affecting how the site works.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as they are commercially relevant, and removed on request. Newsletter subscriptions are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@skyforix.com and we will action it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
